For your climber’s birthday party, you will have the entire Party Room reserved just for your group! You and your guests may arrive 15 minutes early to give time for everyone to fill out waivers, for staff to check everyone in, and for you to decorate the Party Room however you’d like! The party will consist of an hour of climbing, followed by a break to celebrate with anything you bring, and then more climbing! The sky is the limit with our parties, please feel free bring whatever you’d like to make the party yours (i.e. pinatas, balloons, games, banners) and we will do our best to accommodate!

Parents may fill out waivers for themselves and for their child ahead of time via this link here to save time at check in! Everyone in the facility needs a waiver even if they are not climbing.

We need to remain on schedule for younger climbers who wish to use the room and for other parties that we have scheduled. Our staff will do our best to keep the party on track as to avoid any unnecessary charges. Every 20 minutes of extra time after your party will have a $50 fee added.
** 2 Party Staff Members will be scheduled to belay for your party! Parties do not include belay classes or check offs with these Party Staff Members because they need to focus on the kids (classes and check offs take between 10-20 minutes). Only parents / caregivers with an up to date Active Climbing Belay Certification will be allowed to belay at parties. Parents may ask Front Desk Staff for belay classes / check-offs / certifications if they are available! Thank you for your understanding! **
