For your climber’s birthday party, you and your guests may arrive 15 minutes early. This time can be for caregivers fill out waivers, check everyone in, and for you to decorate the party room however you’d like! The party will consist of an hour of climbing, followed by a break to eat, celebrate with cake, and open presents. Then any left over time can be used for even more climbing! If you need to stay in the party room, every 15 minutes of extra time (before or after your party) will cost $50. No exceptions! We need to remain on schedule for younger climbers who wish to use the room and for other parties that we have scheduled. Our staff will do our best to keep the party on track as to avoid any unnecessary charges.
** 2 staff belayers will be scheduled for your party! Parties do not include a belay class or check off for parents/caregivers. Only parents/caregivers with an up to date Active Climbing Belay Certification will be allowed to belay at parties. We do not offer belay check offs for expired belay certifications at parties!
